Desk Report: Viva of 42nd BCS (Special) has postponed the appointment of doctors for two more days. This brotherhood is going to start from 12th August.
PSC examination controller (cadre) Nur Ahmed confirmed the matter on Tuesday.
He said the test will be held from August 12 to August 31. 12 boards will be formed every day and 20 candidates will be tested.
Earlier, the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) delayed the test more than once due to coronavirus situation. According to the latest announcement, this special BCS Viva was supposed to start again from today. Later it was postponed to 12 days.
The 42nd BCS (Special) Viva was suspended for the first time on May 16 due to increased coronary heart disease. Later, in another instruction, Viva was to start again from June 6. It was supposed to run till July 13. But on June 22 this viva was postponed. The latest notice on August 3 states that Viva will start from August 10. Later it was postponed to 12 August.
Last year, the PSC issued a notification for the 42nd special BCS to recruit 2,000 doctors.
